William Edwards

Will was appointed as Director of the Company in November 2002. He is a practicing solicitor and has extensive legal knowledge and experience. He was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1993 and was a partner in a Launceston law firm from 1999 until 2005 when he commenced trading as the sole principal of his own firm.

Tony Cannon
B.Sc. (Forestry), ANU, MIFA, MACFA, MAICD
Executive Director

Tony is a science graduate in forestry from the Australian National University and has been involved in establishing Eucalypt plantations since 1979. Tony is one of the founders of the FEA Group, is a director of FEA and is involved in a number of forestry organisations in an executive capacity at state and national level.  

Michael Williams
B. Bus., CA, CFP, GAICD
Non-Executive Director

Michael is a Registered Tax Agent, Liquidator and Auditor and has been a partner of Camerons Accountants and Advisors since 1987. He was first appointed as a director of FEA Plantations in 1996 and is also currently a Director of FEA.  

Peter Curry
B.Comm/LLB (UNSW) CA, FAICD
Non-Executive Director

Peter has over 35 years business and professional experience. He was a partner with a major accounting firm before leaving in 1984 to set up a corporate tax and financial advisory practice. After leaving the profession in 1986 he has held positions as a director of companies operating in a variety of industries including investment banking, structured financing, property investment, manufacturing, industrial and mining services and property management. 

David Taylor
BA (Econ), Dip PM, FAICD
Non-Executive Director

David has extensive commercial and strategic marketing experience. He retired in 1999 as head of the BankWest Business Bank, and since then has served on the Boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies and government bodies. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Forest Products Commission, Western Australia and a current Director of the Agrifood Skills Australia.

Vince Erasmus

Non-Executive  Director

Vince was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ITC Limited in February 2006.He has two decades of experience in senior management positions in the South African timber industry. He has extensive experience in the management of both softwood and hardwood plantations as well as broad experience in the solid wood processing arena.  A qualified forester and seasoned sawmiller, Vince has had extensive exposure in maximising forest product yields and returns.

Anthony Seymour

Non-Executive Director

Tony was one of the founding directors of the FEA Group. He served as CEO from 1996-2002. Prior to this he was a  practicing Accountant from 1974-1996 and a co-founder of Camerons Accountants and Advisors. Tony has a number of business interests covering a diverse range of corporate activities. He was appointed as a director in 2009.

Gavin Wright

Gavin is a Certified Financial Planner with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Gavin has worked in senior management positions in the banking and accounting industry as well as being principal of his own fi rm since 1997. Gavin was a Director at KPMG. He was appointed as a director of FEA Plantations in 2003.

Kerry Duncan

Non-Executive Director

Until a few years ago, Kerry was a partner of an Australian and international law firm where he spent 22 years in a career spanning 38 years. He is a senior commercial and corporate lawyer and consultant with more than 17 years involvement with the financial product and financial services industry having advised both public trustee companies and funds managers on strategic, business and legal issues including compliance with the legislative and regulatory requirements for managed investment schemes registered under the Corporations Act. He was appointed as a director of FEA Plantations in 2005.
